Good morning my friends,

Happy Monday !

This week our next topic on our Snapshot Circle is Finances,

Some of us are excellent at managing our finances and some of us find it the biggest challenge, maybe you’re right in the middle somewhere!

I strongly believe that financial wellness is an important aspect of overall well-being.

The stress and anxiety associated with financial insecurity can have a negative impact on our mental health, which is why I want to share some tips and techniques today to help improve your financial situation, if you are currently struggling.

Start by setting realistic financial goals: Identifying what you want to achieve and having a clear plan in place can help you stay motivated and on track.

Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness can help you stay focused and avoid impulsive spending. Try to be present in the moment and fully engaged in each purchase, if you are struggling to make ends meet – try asking yourself, do I really need this? Will I get the use of this?

Create a budget: Knowing how much money you have and where it's going can help you make informed decisions and avoid overspending.

Reduce debt: Paying off debt can be a major source of stress and anxiety. Consider making a plan to pay off debt and stick to it.

Invest in yourself: Investing in your education, skills, and personal growth can help increase your earning potential and improve your financial situation over the long-term.

Remember, financial wellness is not about having a high income or being wealthy, it's about having a healthy relationship with money and feeling secure and confident in your financial future.
