Hello, my name is Deirdre Maguire. I am a Mind Wellness Specialist, speaker, author, and creator of The Stress Solution System.

I help people get happier. I show them how to see, then change the patterns of their thinking that are holding them back from getting what they want so they can, like me, live a fully expanded life.

Many of my clients from all around the world say I'm very effective at what I do I tell them it’s not magic, but it is transformative.

I know because I've been there done it and got the patent on the T-shirt.

If searching for answers after my darling father's tragic suicide brought me to this work in the beginning, then looking down the barrel of the gun of a cancer diagnosis pushed my need for powerful life management skills to a whole new level.

Today I say my personal journey became my professional passion. When you get right down to it, what drives me is that I don't want anyone to ever feel as bad as I did, and my ultimate intention is that everyone can have the best opportunity at happiness and a fully lived life.

That's certainly been my experience from doing this work. Today I have a powerful capacity for joy and contentment that I didn't even know was possible before. So the good news is that now I can fast track you.

Because I've taken everything I've learned and experienced over the past 25 years and consolidated it to create a very powerful, proven, program for personal empowerment which I have called The Stress Solution System.

My deep desire for my personal freedom drives my life.

Good daily practices are direct route to that freedom. They are the most important thing I do every day. 10 minutes daily guided meditation has taught me how to master my mind and emotions so, I can enjoy a good day and manage the challenges.
