How’s it all going with you ? You ok?

With the holiday season upon us, it’s easy to get caught up in the shopping, planning, and endless to-do lists.

But what if the most meaningful gift you gave this Christmas wasn’t something you could buy or wrap?

This week, I want to share a simple but powerful message:

The greatest gift you can give is your presence.

When you’re fully present with loved ones, you create memories that outlast any material gift.

This Christmas let’s focus on the moments that truly matter. Here’s how you can start:

? 3 Ways to Give the Gift of Presence

  1. Be Present During Conversations
Instead of multitasking or scrolling on your phone, give your undivided attention to the person you’re with. Ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and make them feel seen.

  1. Create Shared Experiences
Replace physical gifts with experiences like a family baking session, a cozy movie night, or a winter walk. These moments will bring more joy than anything you could buy.

  1. Take Time to Recharge
Schedule a “Silent Night” for yourself to reflect, recharge, and savour the season. Light a candle, sip a warm drink, and write down three things you’re grateful for each evening.

This Week’s Inspiration

"Christmas is not as much about opening our presents as opening our hearts." — Janice Maeditere

Let’s make this holiday season one to remember—not because of the gifts we give or receive, but because of the love we share and the memories we create.

With love and the season’s joy,
Deirdre
