I hope you are enjoying the holidays, and if you don’t celebrate Easter, I hope you are still enjoying some rest and quality time off with your loved ones.
Or maybe you struggle to take time off and actually RELAX... hands up ! (Me first )
However, taking time off work and unwinding is crucial for maintaining optimal mental health and well-being.

Although I am working now, I am actually taking the rest of the day off, no clients and a little break from U105. This is me, taking care of me !
