Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant:
Up to 60 days before the retreat: Full refund of the paid amount.
30 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the paid amount.
14 days or less before the retreat: No refund.

Cancellation by Organizer:
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Transfer of Booking:
Participants may transfer their booking to another person up to 7 days before the retreat starts, provided the organizer is notified and approves the transfer.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation confirmation.

Travel: The organizer is not responsible for any travel costs incurred by participants.
