Many of my clients ask how I stay so motivated and consistent with my daily practices – the reason being (and many of you will know this by now!) that I am heavily invested in my own personal growth.

 

The simple truth is that, just like a flower, we are either growing or dying.

 

Just like a flower, in order to thrive we need good soil, sunlight and regular watering.
